How's 2015 treating you?

I don't know about you but I'm kinda liking this mild winter (knock on wood). Despite the "nice" weather, you still have to "winter proof" your hair. Protein treatments, taking a break from your normal style and using a silk scarf at night all help you keep healthy hair especially in the winter. Grab a second silk scarf to protect the nape of the neck as you bundle up.  That wool scarf may be warm but it is not good for your hair.  

Maybe even consider a Keratin treatment for something different.  Drinking plenty of water along with fruits and vegetables keep you in good health but also in "good hair". Did you make a new year's resolution to be a workout?
